Qantas has revived the Sydney to London via Singapore route after nearly two years, with flights set to return on March 27, 2022.

Since November, Qantas’s London flights have been operating via Darwin but the journey via Singapore was the traditional route.

In other good flight news, American Airlines has commenced its flights between Sydney and Los Angeles after having been previously suspended due to travel restrictions and low demand. Flights from Sydney to Los Angeles leave just after 11am and reach Los Angeles at about 6am on the same date. The opposite leg leaves Los Angeles late at night and you arrive in Sydney two days later.

In less bright flight news, Hawaiian Airlines has suspended its Honolulu to Brisbane service. An airline representative said: “This is a difficult decision, but like many other airlines we find ourselves rebuilding our network in a vastly different operating environment.”
