Members of the Narromine Cancer Support group have been busy attending change over dinners, an auction, and a gala day.
The Lions Club, the Rotary Club and the 25 Club have all held their annual changeover dinners where they present cheques to various organisations. The Narromine Cancer Support Group have been fortunate to receive considerable funds raised by them throughout the year.
"We are most grateful to our service clubs for their generous support," President of the Narromine Cancer Support Group Judy Barlow said.
The Narromine Jets held their annual auction of players jumpers and once again the Narromine Cancer Support Group was a beneficiary of monies raised.

"We are very thankful for this, Jenny Newbigging, Loosie Gill and Pat Hartin plus a band of willing helpers also held a gala day at Mungery hall raising several thousand dollars for cancer support in our shire," Ms Barlow said.
"An amazing effort especially when times are tough, a huge thank you."
The Trangie Red Cross, Cancer Support Group and Hospital Auxiliary held a very successful event in recent weeks again raising an amazing amount of money to help cancer patients in their town.
"We have also received donations from private individuals which are gratefully accepted," Ms Barlow said.
All money raised and donated to our support group stays in the shire and is used to help people who receive a cancer diagnosis and have to leave home for treatment.
"We need approximately $40,000 a year to keep our one off gift program going which is a significant amount of money thus the NCSG is incredibly grateful to receive such support," Ms Barlow said.
