Narromine firefighters are fundraising hard as Retained Firefighters Lynden Davis and Tony Coen prepare to climb Sydney Tower to tackle a devastating disease.

The pair are in training for the 2019 Firefighters Climb for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) on November 9.
The duo will be attempting to climb the 98 storeys in their full structural firefighting gear, while wearing a breathing apparatus, adding an extra 20 kilograms onto his weight.

Narromine Station 401 are hosting a trivia and karaoke night at the Narromine Aero Club on Saturday, September 21 at 7pm to help the team fundraise. There will also be an auction of donated items.
Team 401 Narromine has raised just over $20,000 over the past two years for MND.
