"Narromine Shire is in a fortunate position in regards to a secure town water supply, however now is not the time to be complacent as the extreme drought conditions continue," she said.
"It has been identified that a large portion of our water usage can be contributed to watering gardens, evaporative air conditioners, up-keep of pools and leaking taps. Our data further shows that people are not adhering to permitted watering times."
